The defence was dominating on Saturday night, recording the first shutout of the season 31-0 over Kamloops.

The “D” compiled five interceptions, two by the BCFC Defensive Player of the Week, safety Beck Fullerton.  His second pick saw him spirit 72 yards to the endzone for his second pick-six of the season.  Fullerton also included a pair of tackles at the Apple Bowl.

This is the second straight week a member of the Sun defence has been named a Player of the Week after Layne Hull got the nod last week.
