The Canadian Junior Football League's best of the best in 2016

Five returning players have been named to the Canadian Junior Football League’s Top 50 of 2016.

#22 – Abdi-Nasir Abdi rushed 34 times as a rookie last season gaining 212 yards and seven touchdowns

#38 – Beck Fullerton (pictured) – He’ll lead the secondary this season after 17 tackles last season, four knockdowns and two interceptions.

#40 – Michele Vecchio – coming off his second straight BC Lions’ Rookie Camp, he is poised to anchor the offensive line in 2016

#42 – Layne Hull – Coming off a Canadian Bowl which saw him win the Defensive Player of the Game.  Hull had 14 stops last year and 3.5 sacks.

#48 – Lucas Machado – He will be dangerous in 2016 after seven sacks last year.

The Sun return to action this Saturday night at 7:00pm in Chilliwack.
