For the second time in three weeks, Robbie Yochim is named the BC Football Conference (BCFC) Special Teams Player of the Week

It was a recording setting Saturday night for Yochim who returned three punts for touchdowns, setting a new Canadian Junior Football League record for most punt returns for touchdowns in a single game.  In all, Yochim returned seven punts for 248 yards.  One of his touchdowns was 87 yards.

He now has four this season and five in his junior career.

Yochim was also named the BCFC Special Teams Player of the Week in Week 7 against the Langley Rams.  That night he returned a punt 50 yards for a touchdown.

In Week 1, the RSS grad was named the BCFC Defensive Player of the Week, returning an interception 75 yards for a major in Chilliwack.

Yochim and the Sun prepare for a first place showdown with the Rams Sunday afternoon at 1:00pm at the Apple Bowl.
